Gettin ready for evening workout. If the gym is not crowded I think I will do some snatchs ,some presses, some cleans and jerks or whatever they r called and some chest . I’m going to keep to the big mass and strenght builders for this week. 1800 calories to pay the piper today to. So let me get going.
