Work work and more work

Haven’t worked out in 6 days.  Getting back to worked has drained me.  I thought my workout were taxing. ten hours days are equally taxing.  However I will get back in tommotow mornin. I sincerely hope I haven’t got weak.  Still have to take before pics and start my program for contest.  I will dedicate 30 days to it. Hopin for da best . peace

Did manage a small workout at gym T & A Baby T& A tri and and abs and traps. the previous day was the big one will post later. I have to get ready for work.  Still have to take before pics

Muscletech contest

I’m a week late oh well still have to do pics and such. I chose halo and leukic. A pre and post  amino  supp. Will keep detail records for anyone who wants the info. I stopped all my other amino supps and such because i want to get the feel for the products Here goes it. WE have a Navy seal challenge at or gym (recruitment tactics ). Unfortunatly I will b out of town when it comes to my city :( .  I woudv’e competed. When I get supps i will do the pics and update all my stats. Wishin da best for every1. this gonna b fun and hard work@ the same time. What is pleasure without pain Gains without lost 2 know 1 u have to know both. Which one we want to be more familar with is up to thyself

Abs are popping 214 and dropping

This afternoon weigh finds me @214 bodyfat still up at 26%. I’ll take care of that this afternoon.  I think the hydroxycitric acid made me feel blah this morning. Slight fever. Feeling better now. Going to nap and  then do some aft cardio.

Not a perfect world weight down bodyfat up :(

Bf went up a lil weight down. Complete reversal how its supposed to be. Weight down and Bf down  Or weight up BF down Oh well not a perfect world.  Did different ab workout stomach got upset I think amino cocktail making it a lil upset.   Will stop for the rest of week to guage-tired of morning quesiness.  I definitely something though. More focus and energy needed today.  I know its been 3 days straight with cardio and 2 workouts a day. Just a crappy morning workout Not going to let get in my way only did 700 calories this morning :(  . stomach still upset trying to pepto tablets if after I eat it doesn’t subside. Must replenish energy levels by afternoon. Feeling disconnected from the source.  Gotta get plugged in

165 snatched and pressed

3000 calories burned on cardio machine 2 workouts and still weigh what I did last night WTF I thought for sure it would dropped to 215 today.  I got till thursday ongoing bet @the gym. Just ate steak diane yum . Sauce is so rich though.  I put 165 up snatch clean and press. soo heavy. I think i’ll lay off that 4 a min took 4 trys I missed the first 3 and coundn’t press it up. waited 5 min and got it up.  big chest day also. Legs still feel deliciously sore.  Think I will work on overhead seated press. oh I’m full ** burp** scuse me Damn a beer would b nice. oh well til 2 morow peace love and chicken grease?

210 here I come

Gettin ready for evening workout. If the gym is not crowded I think I will do some snatchs ,some presses, some cleans and jerks or whatever they r called and some chest . I’m going to keep to the big mass and strenght builders for this week. 1800 calories to pay the piper today to. So let me get going.

Surprisingly I woke up weighed myself registered 216 YEAH I should be a solid 215 by the end of today. I had a workout partner today to push me and I in turn him. Morning amino cocktail. Sip on my evolutionx10 it works yall. ended cardio @9A.M  started workout with HIIT for 20 min resistance 100 for first 5 min gradually lowerd by 20 till I hit 40 and road into the sunset burning500 cal in 20 min> Worked abs again 5 supersets ab machine and oblique machine. No rest hardly me and partner back and forth between machines. Abs can take it. wanted puke for a minute. think i did 300 crunches on ab and 200 each side of obliques. try doing them with withone hand behind your back and shoulder pressed against pad and get a full twist to side. after machines hoped back on my horse(cybex arctrainer ellyptical) rode it for 20 min at high resistance low instensity kept heart rate @ 140-150 burned another 500calories.  proceeded to do 5 sets of leg raises superset with leg raise to crunch and windshield wipers and then did 4 sets of weighted decline crnches 2@25 & 2@45 Talk about a burn finish off with 30 min on my horse  burned 600 cal and took isopure mango peace yuck mixed with gnc vanilla protein which made it drinkable for a total of 60 grams of protein. Then ran for 7 min backwards and 8 min forward till the burning in my legs made me stop. will check in lated
