2000 calorie and 5 miles

2000 calories on my cybex horse. 5 mile run and finished my shoulder and back workout from yesterday.did 175 on lat pulldown  2 full sets of 8 superset with delt raise and rear delt press all before 10 A.M eastern time. <singing> It going to b a fine nite to nite a fine day tommorow

I FEEL DELICIOUS

Finally 1500 calories in a hour :) I’ve been slacking for about a week .  ITs been slow coming back to me. But I did it today gonna do another tonight after shoulder workout. Gonna take protein and amino cocktail to gym wif me.  Everybody thinks its steroids I xplain but W.E   I need it and body loves me for it. Its awfully hard to get 330 grams of protein a day even wif protein drinks. Isopure 20 ouncers taste worse than ass. Have to load it up with fruit to stomach the taste < shakin head erghhhhhh. Worked chest and abs this aft. Cable inclines and declines right in front of the babes on the bikes and treadmills. I did the whole stacke on the Magnum ab machine 5 reps of30

Great Mornin workout

I only had 30 minutes  worked chest benched 175 did pec flyes and inclines. Will finish declines and same workout later on in evening when stronger. NO CARDIO :(   Had to pass flyers. DECK season will b starting soon> Happy to b getting back to work but sad its taking me away from what I love doing. Goto figure out a way to get paid and still have enuff time for my workouts I LOVE THIS SHYT

Letting the fog clear outtamahead lol Been slackin on the cardio. Going to hit it hard today 4000 cal on ellyptical. Plus a good heavy workout. The stomach iis trying to sneak back on plus i had a liter mountain dew last night.oh well let me supp up and go   PEACE

shoulder pressed 125 set of 8 reps@ 2 sets.    Shrug 255 max @ 6 reps 4 sets. did some high rows @ 75 lbs. and iso rows with 25 dumbells hammer strenght is row at 110 will finish workout later.

Start of the week

i topped my 135 on the snatch,clean and press to 145. Only did it twice and did another 4 to high row position. I think i will chill between 135-145 till i get 135 at least 10 times. Lets see how long that takes.also did 90 on hammer strength iso chest press.
