need a little help losing weight.
For almost 5 months now i have been working out quite religiously. I eat as healthy as i can will myself to and I am lifting 30 pounds more than i was a month ago. I drink whey protein and lipton green tea (idk if i should be doing that)
and will all the working out, i am with no doubt much stronger… but i have only gained weight:[
i was thinking i could go to a nutritionist… but idk if that would help.
a little guidence would be greatly appriciated.

green tea is good.But lipton green tea over here is full of suger.maybe go organic.keep eating good,just more often.I have lost weight by eating small meals every approx 3 hours with minimal carbs,including my protein shake(zero carb).if your lacking energy..hit the caffein(short term ofcourse)

How much and what types of cardio are you doing?

Yeah i figured that about lipton. I just started a running program to be runing a 5k in about 3 months but i had been only running a half mile everytime i went to the gym.
