For almost 5 months now i have been working out quite religiously. I eat as healthy as i can will myself to and I am lifting 30 pounds more than i was a month ago. I drink whey protein and lipton green tea (idk if i should be doing that)
and will all the working out, i am with no doubt much stronger… but i have only gained weight:[
i was thinking i could go to a nutritionist… but idk if that would help.
a little guidence would be greatly appriciated.

i hate not feeling beautiful. my purpose for lifting is to someday get the body that makes me look on the outside the way i know i am on the inside. i have been eating healtihy because diets suck and i still cant stop binging. im a fatass, and i dont go to the gym enough. ALSO i think i have asthma so i can hardly run without my lungs collapsing. maybe i should stop eating and complainind so f***ing much.
whatever, not feeling it today.
