workout completed!!
Today first thing in morning went for 3 mile run which took about 30 minutes then 3 hours later did P90X SHOULDERS AND ARMS my favourite workout, weird i know lol, after that did some martial arts training with escrima, nunchucks, and practicising kicks, THEN i skipped 700 times, my energy levels are soo high i think i cud of skipped far longer but i stopped, i may do a workout again later on but i see, but soo far goin great!!!!!!
