ITS TIME
Well its been a while since i have done a post! LOL!! So lets get right to the point! i am starting to bulk up so i can do a show this summer!! i still feel like i have a long way to go for perfection but then again in our eyes were never perfect and there is always a flaw we can improve on!! I am going to start my progress pics starting tomorrow with weight, body fat and date obviously. I would like for everyone to stop by on a regular basis and give me your opinions on how i look and how my progress is going if you could.. Sometimes the mirror just isnt enough.. Im glad to be a part of the bodybuilding.com family.. you guys are awesome and i know that everyone here will hit there goals as long as you keep trying and stick to your plans.. i want to think you in advance for your advice and help!! Your opinions are takin to heart and used as fire to keep me going.. I hope everyone had a great holiday and i hope that the new year brings you more than the past years , adn all your fitness goals are meet with great success.. have a great day and hope to hear from all of you soon
