like the title says…setbacks to my gains….well work on abs and upper body when my foot stops hurting….i’m all vicodined out right now…3 days strong…reality that i cant get up and run,drive to the gym,or ride my bike is setting in….fresh out of a relationship as well….whatever dont kill me me can only make me stronger…so they say….
