I always take a notice of my body how it functions and how it responses after certain foods and Work outs. I’m learning so much and connecting for a Strong connection to my body Once I get it … It would be alot easier to know which Food is for me and which is not…

I can tell that my muscels wants to get pumped and so heated up. I can’t wait to bang the Weights all over the GYm and rip up my Back lower muscels and rip the biceps apart.. I always love working out Back and Biceps Man I’m so alive lolz hehe

uhmm. The only day I did not work out was the day before yesterday due to donating blood. Yesterday It had not been even complete 24 hours of donating blood and I had to hit the Chest and Triceps in my way:D I thought I’ll do some light weight training but as soon as I got into my work outs.. I did alot better than what I expected. So for every one else there my expreince of donating blood just always leaves a night or two sleep problems except that I hardly can tell if I donated blood or not.. ……… I’m back to Work out … God I want to build it. hehe

I can’t wait to work out today.. I could not work out yesterday due to donating blood. So today …… I’ll enjoy working out … Working out is like Drugs for me. I can’t feel right unless I take it….

Before I could work out this evening. I got a call from a friend being told that there was some patient in need of O negative blood.. I then had to go to an other city to donate.. I left and got home just an hour ago so I skipped my work out for today and tomorrow I’ll do some light up weight and hopfully by day after tomorrow I’ll hit with full force …. … I have donated many times before … I feel good being able to donate the Rare O negative blood and I know … Saving some one’s life means every thing to me …… DID any one here donate blood too? What are your expereince?

I love to work out and and stay FIT. I can’t go a day without working out only except that I need a day a week for the rest. I’m always highly motivated It’s not a problem for me … Just looking for an opportunity to hit it…..

Fasting for the first day of Ramadan month. wow It’s a beautiful time of the year to do lots of religious stuff and specially by fasting we do come to know What’s it like not having the FOOD to eat. What’s it like when we are badly hungry for hours and can’t eat. By this way we all get to experience this and would know it better that we are suppose to help every thta poor person who is not able to eat and not able live better … But sure by the end of the month I’m going to loose some weight ….. Which I don’t mind as I Believe some thing nice is brought by Ramadan month .. It’s just I might not have the eye to see it ………………… Cheers all

I love wakin up in the moring and feeling the muscles in a bit of soreness that means It was done good… I love workin arms always. I want to have Arms as dominateding the rest of the body

Loved workin biceps always. I first hit the inner muscles with the close grip curl. Then Dumble one by one to hit the outter muscels and the preacher always to shine up the peak in biceps.. How do u work out biceps?
