<p>Well I for a whole month I COULD not work out I was so sad and loseing my tone, To be able to work out light weights at least will keep my tone up which is awesome,</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll wait till my heart full recovers from the LVH problem which is why I had to stop working out for a whole month, I just did Chest and Triceps OMG I love the pumpness of my muscels</p>
<p>I love the feeling like I have a nice triceps that is peaking out hehe .. I feel like I can&#8217;t live without workin out and pumping muscles now and then .. I&#8217;m back Thanks to every one for the support you had for me.</p>
<p>I appreciate more for the Health I have been given by Allah &#8230;</p>

Does any one else have any expereince related this?
