					<description>Yep, agreed.  I can't believe a Dr would say to stop weight training.  Cardio AND weight training have a multitude of positive impacts on the body.  Plus, there are many different risk factors, blood test being just one.  You're young.  I assume you don't smoke, or drink heavily.  I assume your diet's pretty good, from the looks of your pics.  Plus there's cholesterol, etc.  Med's would be the LAST RESORT for me, not the first.  I have high cholesterol, and I'm still not taking med's, since all my other risk factors are good.</description>
