Shoulders and Legs
Just finished doing some Legs and shoulders. I enjoyed working sqauts but I have to share this with every one that I believe in Complete squats move.. No half sqauts because Not only I read it but also have expereinced that doing Half sqauts only stress on your knee joints more and can really give pain in the knees. So for me No half Sqauts.. Does any one else have any expereince related this?
