breakfast 9pm  1c ground oatmeal w/dash of cinnamon, 40g whey isolate, 1 bannana =blend drink

8eggwhites  (sometimes I’ll go with 20g whey and have 12eggwhites instead)

work 10p   I work at night graveyard shift

breaktime  1230a  2 grilled chickenbreasts, 1/2c greenbeans or 1/2cup of red kidney beans, 1 animal pak, 16oz greentea, 1 tsp bcaa & 1 tsp glutamine

*animal paks work for me. I’ve tried so many other multi’s and for the type of shift I work and stuff this pak gets me by. I can tell when I dont take one, because midflight thru while at work like around 5am or so I get really tired and drained. Can’t really explain why but this pak just works for me.

lunch 3a 14 to 12oz grilled sirlion, 1cup red kidney beans or 1cup of greenbeans, 1/2 yam

12oz vegetable drink : cherry tomatoes, spinach, carrot, 1/2 redapple, 1c brocolli, cinnamon, cold water. Blend and drink

break 6a  12 raweggwhites (drink it) 1can drained rinsed chunk pinnaple, 12oz vegetable drink

Offwork 630a

home 7a  6 boiled eggwhites (I just keep these in the fridge and eatem when I get home)

gym 730a to about 9a (I just work 1 body part per day, and walk the treadmil about 20m @3.2mph or 30m @3.2mph after wieghts)

home 10a  25g whey isolate,25g casin, 1c ground oats, 1whole bannana, abit of cinnamon, creatine or glutamine, grapefruitjuice 16oz, blend all and drink

1130a  14oz sirlion, 1cup greenbeans or rice, 20oz greentea

1:30p       20g casin, 1cupfatfree cottagecheese, sleep.

repeat at 9p

 

*Its a rough schedule having to work at night and do all of this. I prefer to work at night so I dont have to deal with alot of bs that others experience during the day. Just go to work, eat, gym then sleep.

One very important thing that I do my best to stay away from is negativity. I eat crap food sometimes cant help it and I’ll do that like maybe 2x a week. But I’ll keep it to something like say 2darkchocolate hersheybars or 1small bag of chips.

One day out of the month I’ll just eat anything but only for that one day and then the next day I’ll go right back to eating normal again. Meat, greens, eggs, water and my animal paks.

I do swap out the sirlion with boiled chicken breasts sometimes. And sometimes instead of those 12raweggwhites I’ll have 2cans of chunktuna instead.

I get twodays off in a row everyweek and its then where I catch up on alot of sleep. Usually just sleep the whole time then be at the gym by5a and come home around 730a. But the diet is pretty much the same I just rest and dont do much of anything at night on my days off. Besides hard for me to sleep at night but I do take alot of naps on my days off too.
