		<description><![CDATA[I turned 25 this week and ate terrible. Its so disappointing when I&#8217;ve tried so hard to eat clean and then throw it out the window for a few days. I feel like I&#8217;m right back where I started. I&#8217;ve only lost 5 pounds and its been almost 3 weeks.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I turned 25 this week and ate terrible. Its so disappointing when I&#8217;ve tried so hard to eat clean and then throw it out the window for a few days. I feel like I&#8217;m right back where I started. I&#8217;ve only lost 5 pounds and its been almost 3 weeks.<br />
I&#8217;ve been walking about 3/4 miles every day and I&#8217;m ready to start running once my doctor gives me the okay. I just want to see some changes.  My husband keeps telling me that it takes 9 months to put it on and it&#8217;ll take 9 months to take it off, but that seems like too long to wait.  I want results now!
