I just finished my first week of BFL and I feel great. Today is my free day so I’m eating Mexican food and not going to the gym. I lost 5 pounds and I can already feel a difference in my body. I can’t wait to take a progress pic next week and show everyone how hard I’m working.

Instead of calling it a “cheat” day or an “off” day, I liked to call it an earned day. I figure that if I worked out really hard, did my high intensity cardio and followed the nutrition program then I definitely earned the right to eat what I want for one day.
