I turned 25 this week and ate terrible. Its so disappointing when I’ve tried so hard to eat clean and then throw it out the window for a few days. I feel like I’m right back where I started. I’ve only lost 5 pounds and its been almost 3 weeks.
I’ve been walking about 3/4 miles every day and I’m ready to start running once my doctor gives me the okay. I just want to see some changes. My husband keeps telling me that it takes 9 months to put it on and it’ll take 9 months to take it off, but that seems like too long to wait. I want results now!

Hey girl, dont fret! I had a birthday last weekend and pigged out…you have to enjoy it. And move on. today is a new day. You can always start fresh. Dont beat yourself up, if you do it will just lead to more overeating. Im right there with you!! Have a wonderful and positive day.

I turned 33 on Friday, my daughter is almost 14 weeks old and I don’t look half as good as you do at 6 weeks postpartum! Indulging every once in a while is fine, just jump back on the clean eating wagon and don’t sweat it.
