Friday, June 27th, 2008I turned 25 this week and ate terrible. Its so disappointing when I’ve tried so hard to eat clean and then throw it out the window for a few days. I feel like I’m right back where I started. I’ve only lost 5 pounds and its been almost 3 weeks.
I’ve been walking about 3/4 miles every day and I’m ready to start running once my doctor gives me the okay. I just want to see some changes. My husband keeps telling me that it takes 9 months to put it on and it’ll take 9 months to take it off, but that seems like too long to wait. I want results now!
