Hello:)

Tuesday, October 9th, 2007

Hi everyone!

Thanks for visiting my bodyblog. This is to help keep my on track. I am a 25 yr old personal trainer and psychotherapist.  I am not overweight and consider myself in good shape. But–I want to be in GREAT shape! I want to lean out my abs mostly and feel good in a bathing suit. I DON’T want to be super skinny, at all:)

The last 2 weeks I’ve uped my strength training, been reading alot on this website as well as Cathy Savage’s site, and my bibles: Oxygen and M&F Hers. I’ve also invested in Tosca Reno’s Clean Eating book and Cookbook and have been doing very well. Only downside? My tummy has been a bit upset. Anyone with any great ideas for this–would be much appreciated!

Here is my routine tihs week:

Monday: teach TurboKick (60 min interval kickboxing class)

Tuesday: Upper body circuit in AM; teaching TK in evening

Wednesday: Lower body circuit & 30 mins cardio in AM

Thursday: OFF

Friday:functional workout (mostly core) & 30 mins cardio in AM

Satruday: Upper body circuit

Sunday: Lower body circuit & teaching 45 min TK class

I am a little worried about too much cardio, and may back off on it a bit.  Hopefully it will be OK! :)
