					<description>i looked a you and didn't cringe. Don't worry girl, your fine. I see that you've been getting a lot of pain after your exercise sessions. Try to include yoga and or a stretching routine in your training programme. Also make sure you get enought night rest (at least 7hours), take your vitamins(especially antioxidants C,E etc), make sure you're getting enough protein (1-1.5grams per kg of your body weight/day). Happy exercising babes but with much less pain</description>
