OUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHH 2

Ok, so I did a routine that Cball taught me,  but not all together, and I wanted to go to workout my arms more today, but it is so not happening, my shoulders are killing me!  ok, so here is what i did,  3 reps of 20 tricep extensions, with 10 lb weights in each hand. 3 reps of 20 butterflies,  3 reps of 20 what was alot like the Tate press, Oh I also did 2 reps of 20 pullups, and 3 reps pf 20 dips with the weights at 110,  then I tried the tread mill for the first time,  ok, now I just quit smoking a month ago,  i was trying to do some cardio on the treadmill and the incline kept going up and up and up, it got to like 10.5 and my heart rate was only like 124, well it wanted my heart rate to be at 154 so it told me to go faster and the incline will go down.  so I sped it up to 4.5, i am running at this point…my heart rate would not go up, so I had to do the bike.

    nice work. i used to be a pack a day smoker and it took a good 5-6 months before I got my lungs back. keep on chipping away.

    i looked a you and didn’t cringe. Don’t worry girl, your fine. I see that you’ve been getting a lot of pain after your exercise sessions. Try to include yoga and or a stretching routine in your training programme. Also make sure you get enought night rest (at least 7hours), take your vitamins(especially antioxidants C,E etc), make sure you’re getting enough protein (1-1.5grams per kg of your body weight/day). Happy exercising babes but with much less pain
