Working out
So, I am finally almost completely pain free, (yes, my abs…still), and I went to work out again tonight, primarily my legs. I can do 35lbs with the sit press, (i think thats what its called), and 3 reps of 60 on it. I was definitely surprised with that since I have never used it. I talked to my fitness trainer today as well, basically i need to do light duty with all the machines until i can handle his workout better. He is even on my friends list now, yes, i do realize i need to go edit my motivation thing..LOL. Ok, so I am totally going to try and take some pics tonight, but I don’t think they are going to be very good, we shall see huh?
