Back on track after having a slow week last week.
Nothing better than being back on track, without a long layoff and still seeing progress.
Had a good workout, but having trouble with a rotator cuff injury..going to physio next week, any suggestions till then?
My appreciation for this site grows every time I log on. I go through those days when I know I have to follow my program/routine, but just feel like saying "what if I miss this one day", but to snap out of it, I log on here, go through some videos, read about how others just keep going & I get this, "don't cheat yourself" - "how much do you want it" attitude, and bye bye apathetic attitude.
