My girlfriend’s leg workout goes like this:
Squats: 3 sets of 15-18 reps
Walking dumbbell lunges: 3 sets of 15-18 reps
Leg extensions: 2 sets of 15-18 reps supersetted with
Leg curls: 2 sets of 15-18 reps.
Weighted leg kick backs for glutes: 3 sets to failure each leg.
She hates me for it, so I think it works!

Looks like you’re doing pretty good already my friend, but here’s some tried and true stuff if you’re in need of some variety…..15-20 reps each set: 4 sets of each exercise and only 30 seconds rest in-between sets (High intensity blood-volume training). Close stance squats, Stiff legged dead-lifts, walking dumbell lunges, Sissy squats, donkey calf raises, and finally standing barbell calf raises. Enjoy the pump and the burn.

I absolutely love legs…….I don’t know exactly your strengths and/or weaknesses but you have to do this at the weight that you can feel best impact.
Try this:
leg press 4-6 sets of ????? pounds for 12-15 reps
laying leg curls: 4 sets of ???? pounds for only 8 reps
leg extensions: 4-6 sets of ???? pounds for 12-15 reps.
Next leg workout:
Squats: 4-6 sets ???? poundsfor 10-12 reps
sitted leg curls 4 sets of ???? pounds for 8 reps
leg extensions: same as above. Let me know!

squats miss mandilee. they are the king or queen if u will of leg exercises. u can do other exercises to supplement, but there is no better all over leg exercise. i would recommend having a spotter and doing barbell squats rather than hack squats or squats on the smith machine, because this engages ur all important core muscles such as ur abs.
keep pumpin~
