I’ve always been into lifting and working out, but after last november my training was haulted do to lack of motivation, finances, and dumb choices. Finally after months of watching my body transform from bulky mass, pure fat, and way too skinny I reinstated my 3 month membership at my gym and started training again this tuesday. After two days (today is my 3rd) of lifting I already feel rejuvenated and alot more confident in my every day apperances! Training keeps me feeling happy and healthy! This is the beginning of a long lost friendship.
