Thursday, October 4th, 2007well for the next 2 weeks im only going 2 be doing my legs and my core…
because I didnt let my shoulder heal properly now i have 2 suffer the consequences!!!
which are NO chest, NO back and NO shoulder workouts for the next 2 weeks at least or until both me and my physio (my dad) feel that its healed completely and its safe to start working my way up again.
this is just another challenge 4 me and I think im gonna have 2 be really good so i can come back as soon as possible working my ass off 3 times harder ![]()
