how i got started
Well i never really had enough time to go to the gym or thought i didnt have enough time coz of university and having a girlfriend doesnt help (they need alot attention n loving). But thats changed all of a sudden i have 2 make time 2 go 2 the gym and its kind of a must do thing nowdays
I only started going hard at the gym 8 weeks ago but the results are better than i expected thanks to myself pushing myself 2 the limit n my friends that are there to help me out. I didnt really know that nutrition is that important for some reason I just thought that u could eat anything and its all going to be sweet after my workout. But I realised thats not working since one day i was all hyped up n the other really low on energy, so yesturday i went and got a nutrition plan which Im planning 2 start on the 4 of september coz im goin away on a snowboarding trip n i cant afford 2 buy all the stuff i need plus i wont b working out at the gym
neway thats all 4 now…
