well for the next 2 weeks im only going 2 be doing my legs and my core…

because I didnt let my shoulder heal properly now i have 2 suffer the  consequences!!!

which are NO chest, NO back and NO shoulder workouts for the next 2 weeks at least or until both me and my physio (my dad) feel that its healed completely and its safe to start working my way up again.

this is just another challenge 4 me and I think im gonna have 2 be really good so i can come back as soon as possible working my ass off 3 times harder :)

injuries!!!

well i’ve officially injured my right shoulder and its a bitch coz its really painful :( so im gonna rest it for a week and see how it goes. Hopefully its not 2 serious and it gets better till next week.

any suggerstions on how long 2 rest or anything 2 do would be great :)

Friday- legs day…

Ihis friday I did a legs workout on fiday and it was great felt the burn all throughout the workout. Which is good i know coz i love that feeling :) anyway my legs are still sore which means muscle development rite… But coz of all the pain I couldnt go out clubbin and wat not.

I was thinking about it and I came to a conclusion not to work my legs out on friday coz i cant go out on friday and saturday nite coz my legs are in pain :)

holidays r awesome…

and i just had a 10 day holiday which meant no gym 4 10 days. today was my first time bak at the gym n i was extremely happy 2 b bak coz i just love it :) but i felt weaker then wen i left 10 days ago but i aint letting this brin me down it just makes me more motivated 2 get stronger n bigger then b4 :)

Weeks performance

This week (week 8 ) that ive been at the gym has been one of the best weeks for me so far. Coz on monday i had the hardest n the best workout on chest tuesday however was a bit of a let down compared 2 the day b4 that i worked out on my back and biceps but on wednesday i went 2 the gym n made up for tuesday n did back, shoulders and biceps n today i did my circuit training by myself since all my m8s decided 2 go out drinking. But im very satisfied of my performace coz usually wen i go by myself i dnt really focus much on my main routine n i neva go as hard (2 scared if i drop the weight :D ). Well there is a holiday from university so im goin down snowboarding for 10 days so no gym :(

2days workout

ok 2day i went n bought some gloves with a wrist strap. Neway i started doing my tuesday workout (back & biceps) my first exercise is wide grip pull ups they went ok gut coz of my new gloves my forearms got extremly pumped n i started loosing grip on all the other exercises which sucked coz i didnt really workout as hard as i could. Im not really happy with my workout 4 2day but i think ill go n do some more exercises 2 catch up in my rest day.

how i got started

Well i never really had enough time to go to the gym or thought i didnt have enough time coz of university and having a girlfriend doesnt help (they need alot attention n loving). But thats changed all of a sudden i have 2 make time 2 go 2 the gym and its kind of a must do thing nowdays :)

I only started going hard at the gym 8 weeks ago but the results are better than i expected thanks to myself pushing myself 2 the limit n my friends that are there to help me out. I didnt really know that nutrition is that important for some reason I just thought that u could eat anything and its all going to be sweet after my workout. But I realised thats not working since one day i was all hyped up n the other really low on energy, so yesturday i went and got a nutrition plan which Im planning 2 start on the 4 of september coz im goin away on a snowboarding trip n i cant afford 2 buy all the stuff i need plus i wont b working out at the gym :(

neway thats all 4 now…
