I lost my count of the days, but I am well into sixth week of my new workout and diet.
I am not inducing ketogenic state, but I am keeping my carb intake lover than 100gr per day. Most of my carbs are taken right before my workout and immediately after it. I usually eat some fruit before my workout, but I take only dextrose drink immediately after my workout.
I increased my meals number from five to six per day and it shows on my body and my workouts. I don’t feel energy drops and I even leave the gym without to much trouble but since most of the meals are protein I get hungry easily and can wait till next meal. Curse of the bodybuilder.
Strength is growing like insane, and I can see the strange looks in the gym when I lift 100 lb dumbells for ten reps on incline bench lol, anyways I am continuing with my rebuild and will keep this blog updated.

I have finally received the products I got for free from bodybuilding.com during my Transformation Challenge 2008. I never received any Gaspary or other sponsors products, and I already lost hope I will ever receive anything from them.
Anyways great people from bb.com staff managed to get those few supplements to me after few months. what i got? I got me self a Lipo 6, Animal Stack, Animal Flex and some NO product I forgot it’s name but it works. I took those supplements last night and experienced mega pump and also huge euphoria which kept me wake till late, amazingly I woke up this morning fresh as a dew. i also experienced slight sickness but I always do when I take supplements on an empty stomach, and it was gone after few hours this morning.
I will get you people updated how this stuff works on me. I am still in good shape, no strength loss and I even gained some muscle mass. Things are going slow but progress is evident and I am healthy and happy, and that is most important of all.

Hello bodyblog it’s me again.
Have I told about my latest ambition to establish my own on-line supplements store? Well it is one of too many lately and I am trying to balance them all. Like a juggler on a rope I feel I am going to fall if I don’t loose one of the kegs.
During these last few weeks I was alternating between dropping my workouts/diet and my passion for art. Managing to balance my four jobs. Today I finished the magazine front page, logo and brand for the mag and entire batch of digital photo editing. Now I am left with only four jobs
I also decided to leave pencil and paper alone for the time being. By a misfortune of a good person I am next in line to inherit the position with chosen five in the big bodychalenge2008 race. SCT broke his ankle and there is a possibility I will be chosen as alternate competitor. I am still waiting for admins to contact me, but the fact that I could still be in the big race gave the new and fresh wave of motivation to step up my intensity once again and achieve what I wanted.
I started my cardio sessions again and I am back on my diet regime, all I need now is that admin to give the go sign

I had a busy week at my day job. I also managed to do all my workouts. Cardio is great, and it can only get better. I lost another 2 pounds and now I know things I do are correct. Tomorrow I will post my entire progress stats.
I also started with some new supplements. I have creatine and glutamine and omega 3-6-9, I combine these with my amino and multi vitamin and mineral complex. I run on a tight budget so I have to calculate which supplements to by now and which later on. But I will manage it somehow;)

OK, never look back, right? That’s what they say, so I am already focusing my strength to my next four weeks. Plan is to get down to 112 kg, this is the minimum. Last four weeks I measured on two scales and both showed different numbers, so I am starting this cycle with a brand new scale and a lot of enthusiasm. Also I plan to reach 22% body fat
Tape is still my best friend, so I plan on getting my waist down to 106 cm, that should be possible, since this month I reduced the size by 8cm. I understand that most of it was a bloat, but I will work hard and get where I need to be in one month. The rest of the dimensions should follow, but these are my main references of progress. If I keep my arms where thy are or withing the range of 0.5 cm +/- it will be OK, basically it means I am not loosing any muscles.
I also plan to correct my nutrition a bit, a bit less carbs, more brown rice and no cheating days, I hope, no I know! Another thing I planed for my diet is a fast. I will do a two day fruits - only fasting to see how my organism reacts to this. I will include one day before and one day after of adaptation, just as in and out. I will do this next week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesday and Friday being the in and out days. This will be my preparation for a bigger fast of seven days at the end of this week. This big fast will take seven days with Monday and Sunday being the in and out days. This will be fruit juices only fasting, and we will see what will that do for me. I think it will be unique experience.
Supplements will be unchanged. Aminos and multi vitamins for another month. I have to see how much I can do without any supplementation. When I cut my carbs seriously I will include some whey protein shake, maybe some creatin, glutamin and of course fat burners. This is planned for next four week cycle.
Another thing planned is finally going to the gym. I am still undecided where to go. I like to have a lot of space for myself when I exercise, but my old gym is closed and I went for a month in a local poser gym, and I just couldn’t go on…
There is one gym, where I started back in 93, but I am still not sure is it still opened. I heard it is, but I have to check it out. I think I will start with it somewhere in two weeks from now, after my first fast. I don’t want to pass out in public, lol just kidding. I believe I will have much more success when I start with my regular workout routine. I also have a training partner to push me further, he is still a beginner, but very intense, and once he starts he will not stop until I slap him
This is a short overview of the next month and I will see it all happens!

Yesterday I’ve upset my stomach with something, and it can be two things. Amino supplement I am using or grapes, I ate a fair amount of it and I react like that on grapes sometimes. Anyway I will test it today. I took the same amount of amino, but I will avoid grapes today, if it doesn’t work I will avoid amino tomorrow and see how that works. Maybe I just need to find the tolerance or maybe I have to spread the amount I take over the day, I guess I will have to experiment with that.
Anyway, the big problem is mu girlfriend made some mushrooms with chilly sos, and that is burning on the way out
Everything else is great and I feel better than ever before, I can actually wear something else beside baggy pants to my work!
