Two weeks over and here are the final summaries.
I weigh 235.4lbs and my waist is down to 38.6in, which puts me to 19.5% BF according to BMI, and this also means I am down 2% from the last week, nice.
I noticed one thing. I feel great when not eating carbs, and I feel awful when I start eating carbs. Actually I feel just like I felt before I started keto diet. And TBH I feel great on keto, almost no exhaustion and great mood, can’t figure out why, when it is suppose to be different.
Anyways I am starting another week of this thing and I expect it to be another success.

Another day in a keto world.
I still have no bad breath and I was even lower on my carbs this week, must be I am not having these problems or something else is wrong. I also noticed progress is slowing down and i really don’t like that, I mean I am making progress but not so much as the first week. I guess some progress is better than no progress at all.
Anyways, I am doing my carb depleating workout tonight and hope loading will bring something good If not than it is time to put in some extra cardio to my workouts and see where will I end with it…

Yesterday was me = suffering…
I ate my first meal in 6:30AM and my next meal was 6:30PM, are you noticing a patern here? Bad day overall, but this morning I got up and found that I have only one hole left on my belt and in my pants I feel like Charlie Chaplin. I suppose 12 hours without any proteins will leave my muscles sore for another day and increse the catabolism but I had two meals after my stretching workout and I just hope not to much damage is made.
Anyways this week was so great diet-wise, I am still below 1% of carbs per day and I really dont feel any worse than on my regular "eating all the candies in sight", actually I feel better. I have such a consecvences from the last workout, microtrauma ftw! Anyways I hope I will repair toll tomorow full body depleating workout, or else.
So far so good…

Zombie workout.
It is an expresion I heard from Milos Sarcev, am not sure if he coined it but it is definitelly something I experienced last night.
Diet was great the whole day, and I had less than 0.5% carbs in my diet. Workout started so good, with huge loads of weight, great pumps and full mental focus. Not that much energy, but I pushed it all the way to the end. Finished with stretching and than limped home drulling and rambling something like " braaaiiins…"
An hour and a half of pure torture, starting with complete leg workout, than moving on my lats, rear shoulder and finishing it off with my biceps. Anyone saying they like this is a damn liar! This morning I am limited with my movements and I have a tendency of groaning with every move I make.
Anyways I have a two days rest now and I plan on using it…

Second week start, here is the summary of the Monday.
After two days of loading I felt great. My carb coated brain thanked me and rewarded me with a big muscle pump feeling the entire day. When I got to my workout I was rewarded with another great gift - loads of strength. Both my reps and my workout intensity went up. Muscle pump, blood flow all was amazing.
My diet is back to no carbs, but this time it seams I am teking it much easier than the last week. Also I got up this morning with more ease than previous week, considering the workout I had last night. I only hope I will continue to make such a great progress all through this week. My veins are poping all over the place and it’s a great feeling, I still have to see my abs poping out under those 20%bf, but all in good time…
Since I have a bad lower back and slightly injured shoulder I also included several different stretching exercises to get my muscles and joints more flexible, and to be honest it was an instant relief, at least in my shoulders. I have a herniated disk in my lower back and it is pressing my sciatic nerve on the right side, so my right leg is a bit of a problem but with time and some stretching I will fix it just like that.
So far so good,

One week is gone and I have gone through so many changes.
I can only describe tha last week as promising and great. After this week I will be sure if I actually can continue with this rapid progress or is it only the begining proces and slows down with time. As for now progress is great and I realy look forward to do keto diet another week.
First of all I will sum my progress for the last week.
For the five days of keto cycle I lost 8.8lbs and 1.6in on my waist.
During my loading phase I gained back 8 lbs and lost another 0.4in on my waist.
My body fat % went down 2.5% (acording to BMI)
Tonight is my first workout after a two day carb loading and I will see if my strength is any better than the last week. One thing I did notice, veins on my forearms are poping out, and this is happens only when I pump my arms, but now they pop out even if I lay in my bed. Also, I can feel I am tightening up and I have an overall feeling of pump.
All in all it is a great start and I can only hope I will continue with such progress all the way through the next week!

One full day of carb loading is over and so much changes happened in just 24 hours.
I started loading phase on Friday 22:00h with depletion workout and these body stats:
Weight: 229.9lbs
Waist: 40.6inch
BF%(BMI): 23%
Right now it is Sunday morning 09:00h and my stats are:
Weight: 232.1lbs
Waist: 39.6inch
BF%(BMI): 21.9%
My muscles are filling up and I feel great. Also I was not super precise with carb loading. I was eating for every two hours on the first 24 hours, but I skipped it the last night. I have a feeling it was not so necessary, but Monday will show the real picture. I will continue with every two hours meals today and start another keto cycle 20:00h tonight. I am suppose to start it tonight at 18:00h but since I skipped some meals during the night I will have one extra carb meal and see where it will take me.
This keto thing rocks,

Day four of the very first keto week is over and I feel great. Yesterday was a great day for me, and this keto diet is not a problem any more. I had a strange acidic/metallic taste in my mouth the whole day but I have no bad breath, so I am not sure how deep I am in ketosis. Throughout the week I kept my carbs as allow as 2% or 3% (that’s 50 calories at most) of total daily calorie intake and I am not sure is this enough to take me out of ketosis?
Anyway, getting up in the morning is much easier without half a body workout previous night. I had no workout on Thursday and stayed super clean with my five meals, I just can not put another meals in my plan, so i will have to go with five.
Tonight is my full body workout and full carb depleting, and than 12 meals per day over the weekend. If all the calculations are correct I should be in top shape on Monday and with more strength than the week before. I look forward to it!
I can see much improvement in my waist area and interestingly in my shoulder/upper pecs definition.
Over and out,

Third day in this keto game is finished. I tried to get up from the bet this morning, but it took me about 45 minutes to actually do it.
After working my entire body in two days, I feel exhausted and sore all over. The whole day was a big slow motion and feeling of grogginess. It feels as if I slept only two hours, and I slept for 8 hours without interruption.
Diet was great, went even lower on carbs and no sickness in the stomach. I am used to eating fat food and i have no problems with it, but eating even 2000 calories mainly from fats is making me feel full most of the time. I had an 50gr of apple and I never tasted a better apple in my life LOL. Fish is the worst there is…
On my workout I only finished my abs and went home. no problems with sleeping and body weight is down by another .5 lbs, that is 5.5 lbs from the beginning three days ago… I still think it is mostly water weight, but body fat did go about 1% or so, but I use BMI formulas so it is not entirely correct method, but it gives me some reference. My waist did go 2 inches down and this is the most satisfying feeling of all.
Only two days till loading phase and than I will know is it worth of going through all this.

PS. I still hallucinate chocolate, but I resist even if people offer me sweets all the time, this morning I found a plate filled with cake and threats and I refused it with disgust.

Another day is over and I am still not dead I had small problem with getting up, but it was gone in a bout half an hour.
I managed 5 meals and this time I ate even less carbs, and my fats are around 67% of total calorie intake. I noticed I am less hungry in the afternoon, but this is mostly because I work early shift (8 hours) and manage only 600 - 800 calories in these 8 hours. I also hallucinated chocolate but I was strong enough to keep my wits about and stayed on the positive most of the day.
Later in the afternoon I started to feel a bit tired, but as soon as I got to the gym I was on 100%. Workout went great with no or minimal strength decrease and I managed solid reps number (8 - 10) with no problem.
I noticed one thing. My belly was a bit bloated, only a little bit, but when I weighted my self in the gym I noticed 5 lbs drop from Sunday, but if Dan is correct this is mostly due to the water and micro elements loss during the perspiration.
This morning was a disaster, when my allarm clock went of I hardly moved my arm to reach it. I was dragging my self in the bed for almost an hour before I managed to get up and go to the bathroom.
I feel like I slept for only 2 hours and like I was drunk the night before, just an overall feeling of weakness. I guess this is why (according to the Bodyopus) you workout on Monday and Tuesday.
Anyways I am not nervous and no mood change, just moving in slow mo most of the time, plus the brain is not catching much of the info I get from my environment LOL
On and on I go…:D
