Fasting day one: entry faze.
Sunday, December 2nd, 2007I am starting my two day fast. Today I will gradually start removing all but fruits from my nutrition, and some low calorie vegetables. Tomorrow and the day after I will eat only fruits and vegetables, drink watter and fruit juices. Day four is similar to the day one, when I will gradually start eating more calories and more proteins.
This is only an overture for a much longer fasting coming in two weeks from now. For those seven days I will fast on fruit juices only. I hope this will cleanse my body and kick my fat burning process further.
