First day in the gym
Finally I got to the gym, real gym, and at first I was disappointed. It is old gym and equipment is ruined, but at least usable. However, as soon as I started working-out my mood changed and I was focused only on my training. It feels good to be back under a good old bar loaded with heavy plates
Last time I was in this specific gym, was about ten years ago, and no one remembers me from that time. I am usually one of the biggest and strongest in the gym, and here there is no difference. There are very few serious exercisers over here and people gave me strange looks when I played with 100kg on the bench.
Which brings us to two things I hate the most about the new gyms. People with some exercising experience trying to give me perfect advice how to loose my big belly and people calling me "chemist" behind my back. I am a lighthearted person and I rarely react to those but sometimes it gets to you. With this gym it’s no difference and I already noticed few who gave me those looks. The worst part is, these guys are cowards, they never have guts to walk up to you and say it to your face, shame…
Anyways I am glad I am working out, and looking forward to my future success!

sorry, that sucks! Just put on your headphones, ignore them, and focus on the positive. They will be asking you for a spot or advice in no time
