Doing fine ;)
I had a busy week at my day job. I also managed to do all my workouts. Cardio is great, and it can only get better. I lost another 2 pounds and now I know things I do are correct. Tomorrow I will post my entire progress stats.
I also started with some new supplements. I have creatine and glutamine and omega 3-6-9, I combine these with my amino and multi vitamin and mineral complex. I run on a tight budget so I have to calculate which supplements to by now and which later on. But I will manage it somehow;)

Way to go bro….I lost 1 pound this week myself not to worried though I have increased my lean mass I know…Keep it up..I think this week I am going to add a couple extra cardio day….AWESOME!!!!

Thanks Rondey, great work yourself! We are definitely on our way and I think I also need more cardio…
