Bad day.

Upset stomach, rain and low atmosphere pressure low - this is a recipe for a week workout. After a first exercise I realized it will be one of those days, but life goes on…

Technical problems…

Yesterday I’ve upset my stomach with something, and it can be two things. Amino supplement I am using or grapes, I ate a fair amount of it and I react like that on grapes sometimes. Anyway I will test it today. I took the same amount of amino, but I will avoid grapes today, if it doesn’t work I will avoid amino tomorrow and see how that works. Maybe I just need to find the tolerance or maybe I have to spread the amount I take over the day, I guess I will have to experiment with that.

Anyway, the big problem is mu girlfriend made some mushrooms with chilly sos, and that is burning on the way out :lol: :D

Everything else is great and I feel better than ever before, I can actually wear something else beside baggy  pants to my work! :)

So far so good.

Day 11

All is well for now, I am really doing great, and the diet is not so hard, I find I actually enjoy preparing the food, and I like the way it tastes.  I guess when I start cutting more carbs it will get harder, but for now it’s OK.

Yesterday I got me self a three months supply of chicken breasts, I love eating that stuff. I also found drinking so much watter is not such a hard thing to do. I drink 4-5 liters per day and I feel great.

I also tried Nitrous oxide supplement, and damn! That stuff is strong, made me workout like animal last night. I will definitely use that stuff. Really good for energizing.

Plans, plans , plans…

OK, this week I start with some cardio. I hate cardio, no really I hate it, but I understand it must be done.

This week I will start with two 20-30 min sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning, before breakfast, of course. I plan on doing some jogging. I have a river near my apartment, it is perfect for recreation.

Next week I plan on doing more elaborate cardio, with three days weight training and three days cardio. This means Monday, Wednesday and Friday are weight days, and  Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are cardio days. This will significantly increase my calorie expenditure and hopefully results. I just hope to manage my will power correctly.

This will definitely be the ultimate test, since I will have to get up as early as 05:00 AM to do my cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and winter is coming to town :) Almost poetic, and I hope it will not finish as pathetic. :lol:

OK, that’s it for now, wish me luck.

Soure and happy

I am still in the workout adaptation phase, but I blow myself away with that workout. I get muscle sourness with absolutely no weights lifted, just working out with my body. But I feel happy and energized, and that’s what counts.

With start of the December I will join the gym and than I will start some serious work out plan. I already have a mind set on it and I plan my each step for those next three months.

Right now I am a bit worried about one other thing. I feel I am not doing anything with my weight this week. Not sure why is it so, but I think it is nuts. I added them to my nutrition and it just don’t feel right. At the same time I am worried not to overdo the calorie reduction and jump into anything to early. This happened before, when I was competing. I expect results too early, patience is the problem. I am trying really hard ti fight that, but each night I ask myself "what have I done today to improve my life?" and my jelly belly is still there. I just have to sort it out in my head, and find the patience and let the numbers at the ned of the week to speak for them self.

Second week start.

Day eight.

I start another week of the program, and I feel even more enthusiastic about the whole thing. I am eating healthy and working out regularly. Nothing is there to stop me.

Plans for this week are to put some cardio in and start cutting on the diet a bit further. I still try to figure out the calories, and it is no wonder people loose them self in this. I am taking it lightly, not carrying to much about the actual numbers. Instead I get general data, about how much do I spend, and how much do I eat and if it is all god, I keep at it, and if something is not right, I change it. Still early for than anyway. For now I am loosing a lot of watter and trying to figure out what type of food is best for me.

I also noticed one other thing. Since I drink a lot of watter I get a bit lite headed, and I feel this pressure  in my head almost all the time. It’s nothing drastically for now but it does worries me a little. Maybe I am washing out vitamins and minerals, but I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, so this should not be problem. I am just note sure is this the first faze of dieting or something is done wrong.

On-line workout partners.

Me and ridneyg started with this idea of on-line workout partners. We have almost the same goals for the next 3-4 months and we plan to do it properly so we are doing anything that it takes to succeed.

We came to an idea to work on our goals together and to push each other to the max. If I stray of my path he kicks right back at it, and if he doest it, well I guess his but gets kicked :lol:

Rodney man, let’s do this thing.

And one great week is behind me. I got up this morning 07:30 AM, couldn’t wait to measure my self and see what advancement I made. I took the tape and couldn’t believe it. My waist is 3cm smaller and hips down for 2cm.

Now, here something very interesting, my forearms are smaller by 2 cm, I am not sure how or why, but they are. Calves are also  down for 1.5cm and my thighs are up for a 1cm. Strange, it could be because I measured in the morning, and on last Monday I measured in the afternoon. I will repeat measuring in the afternoon and see the difference.
