Random thoughts.
After couple of days into program I have noticed several things.
First of all I feel better overall. This is because I am highly motivated to do this and I found this goal keeping system on bodyspace.com is working for me right now.
I have went from eating two (on better days three) meals per day, and overeating on each, to five smaller ones distributed throughout the day and discovering some very important benefits already. I am able to get up half an hour earlier without any problem. There is no feeling of exhaustion each morning, I feel energized and ready for my day. I noticed I do not have to sit/lie down after my meal with big pressure in my belly. There is also no need to unbutton my pants
and I can fall a sleep even easier now. I never actually had problems sleeping, except for being bloated and high stomach acid.
For now I have no such troubles and I prefer it that way. I feel I am on the right track and I will succeed!

What a great motivation. This lifestyle takes time to learn and really sink your teeth into but it looks like you are well on your way.

Well I grew up in the gym, and I was competing until 2000, and actively working out since my 13th year, but somewhere along the way I lost my motivation and ended at this point where I can not longer stand my physical and psychological condition. I am always very active and generally highly motivated person, but I guess after I stopped competing I lost that goal I’ve head in front of my self, and I was to young to realize what other benefits exercising brings beside title.
So, I guess I am not such a newbie at all, I just need to refocus and sink my teeth in it again
