Update on my training
I have started keeping a training log on my runs and power walks I have been doing. Found a great site called mapmyride.com, actually my partner introduced me to it as he is a cyclist.
I have also started swimming laps twice a week at the gym, the pool is 25 meters long and I do 20 lengths takes me 20-25 min after I have done a full workout at the gym. I find that swimming the laps gives me a certain adrenaline that completes my workouts.
My goal is to get as lean as possible before my race and toned. I am truly hoping to shave an hour off my time this year! I know I can do it with a little hard work and alot of support, lol.
