Self explainatory goal, I want to gain muscle mass. I’m looking for any advice on good ways to compile a great exercise stretch with nutrition and supplementation. I have put on 9 pounds in the past 2 months from 145 to 154, but feel like I could put on a bit more muscle mass especially in my chest and shoulders. Anyone with some advice to my situation, please feel free to let me know your thoughts on the subject
-Thanks

Well after reading about multiple work outs and different types of exercises, I am a bit intimidated about what a good ab workout should consist of. I’m looking for some straight ahead advice that is going to "shred" my abs.
My current work out consists of one major muscle and 2 super sets of abs everyday with some type of cardio.
Ex.) Biceps, rope crunch and hanging leg raises, woodchoppers and oblique crunches and 2 miles of jogging
I have been able to gain pretty good results from this, but I’m still not satisfied with where my abs are. If someone could give me a straight ahead program that works that would be great. I’m talking how many calories, what exercises, what reps to shoot for, and what cardio to go along with that.
I would really appreciate the help, and it’s always interesting to learn more.
