2day is my day off!
i already did 3 sets of 15 reps of crunches twice today! 1st at 9.am then at 12.30pm ,
my plan is to stick to 30 min of running!!!

hey 2day was actually my chest and triceps day , but cant able to go to gym because of some digestive problems i am facing because of the whey i am using ,
actually i am not lactose intolerant but still i gotto find the cause behind this .
