So I’ve been thinking about all the people I know who are married with kids and are out of shape. There are a lot of them. Why is it that the one excuse I keep hearing over and over it the one " I have kids and don’t have time." Well enough already then. We make time for being lazy to watch tv or play games, so why not get your booty up and get in shape for your kids. You know what I mean. So what if you’re married with kids. That does not mean that your hotness has to go away to and get fat. So I’m trying to see if I can influence or encourage any of my friends to help them selves become a better person. Seriously this has a lot of benefits. A- Being healthy and B- be a hot mama!!!

So starting this week I will be training a different body part a day 3x a week. Cardio every other days. I only have three weeks till july 4th. Gotta really push myself. On sat had a picnic for my sis-in-law’s graduation. Ate a lot of shiet. So this week will have to be intense stuff to make me feel good. Alright lets get to work. Have a great day.

Wow!! I’m glad to be back in training. I was sick all last week. I couldn’t do anything but still ate clean. Bouncing right back where I left off. It feels great. Just what my body needed. I’m pretty sore now which is what I was hoping for (a little confusion for my body after a week of no workout). I can’t wait guys. July 4th is my short term goal to fit into a bikini and look good. I’m pretty pump!! Alright hoping everyone is enjoying their week as well.

Well I caught a virus from work. My throat hurts and my body aches. I have zero energy. The last four days have been like this. I tried to work out but got too exhausted too soon. So gotta listen to my body and take it easy. I’ll probably have to wait till the end of the week to get back on track. At least this didn’t effect my eating.

Within the last month & 1/2 I’ve be doing good so far. I’ve notice my body fat is going down. I’m getting leaner and even my abs are starting to show slowly. Once my BF level goes down more I’m sure it come through I can feel it. I love it. Can’t wait till summer. This will be the first year after I had kids to wear a two piece. I don’t mean two piece which consist of a short and a t-shirt to cover the top.
It’s hard work but I’m determine to get there. Have a great day everyone!

So this week i weight lifted for 3 days. working my whole body.
17th - sprints
18th- whole body workout
19th- sprints
20th- active rest day ( as i was still sore from mondays workout
)
21st- whole body workout
22nd- sprints
23rd- whole body workout
I’m actually going to be following this routine for 2 or 3 more weeks and switch back to working my upper and lower on diff days.

Each week my workout routines change. I try not to do the same thing on the same days as the week before. I keep it fun still for me. It helps built and confuse my muscles so it can grow at a better pace.
