In a need of an advice…
Monday, September 28th, 2009ok, I started to get serious AGAIN..I know…I know..I have said that before…Im doing cardio almost every day for 30-45 minutes…and some exercises..but I really have to stay focused on the ABS area..I have no abs right now and I feel horrible…I want to love my "belly" again!!!! Any idea of any good exercises which could help me? It would be great to hear from you all…Thank you!
