Needing help and input from those of you serious about the sport…
Well, I am once again plateauing it seems. I need help from those of you with the experience information I need.
First off, any info about natural bodybuilding is much appreciated. Any and all info is needed. I am hoping to revamp my overall plan and I think, but not sure, that this is what I have been doing all along, just need clarification.
Secondly, what works best for each of you? Arms/Abs, Legs/Trunk, Cardio…what type of breakdown do each of you subscribe to? Just looking for experiences, thoughts, brainstorming before I take the next step in transforming my old body =)
