Went for an afternoon workout I decided to split my shoulder/back days and my bi/tri/chest days. This afternoon I’ve got legs and abs. Been doing theĀ M&F ab workout for a couple of weeks. I’m on the 25 minute sessions now with 6 exercises. It’s killer but fun. Sick aren’t I?

Shoulders today back later in the afternoon. overhead dumbbell press, front raises, rear delt flyes laterals and shrugs 4 sets each. My breakfast was a protein shake w/ fresh strawberries red &black raspberries 3 scoops of powder , flax oil and fat free plain yoghurt.

Set up my own weight room in my basement this week.The school door has been messed up so can’t go up there until it’s fixed. I had more weights than I thought. I like to lift in the am so it’s working out great so far. The Noexplode really helps alot. Started taking Rapid Thermal (ppn),2 weeks ago, cut my carbs back I’m trying to ^ protein it’s hard I don’t eat alot of meat. Today I do legs in about an hour. My boys love to help. We make muscles according to him. I like having the weights downstairs I’ve been working out twice a day all week. I put up some old posters of Cory and Lenda when they were Ms. O’s. Love it what more motivation can one ask for? Wish me luck goin’ to lift now.

Muscle fitness has an awesome 12 week workout. It’s a beginning one but it’s also for ones that have taken a hiatus. In my case a2 baby hiatus. Been having a hard time getting remotivated. I’ve got goals and I hate the way I’ve been looking lately. 12 years of doing it and lost the bug, it’s still deep though so tonight I start all over again. I want to be the 40 year old milf, even though I will be 55 or so when my boys will be teens. HA HA! Well I leave at 7 later I’ll start to put down everything I’ve done. I’ve never kept track be4 always remembered maybe it’ll help w/motivation!
