Starting Serious

Sorry if I have mistakes, but my English is not perfect..

So, I am trying to put some mass for 2,5 months now but nothing really happen.. I am trying to eat a lot but I am staying the same weight. I am around 180 lbs. and not moving much.. I wanted until the end of March to get at least to 195, so I need 15 pounds or 7 kilos of muscle. I am going insane with all those supplements. I am using 10 of them now. Complex post workout powder, Whey, Casein proteins, Multivitamins, Flax and Fish oils, Glutamine.. and now start with the Gainer. I first said to myself: OK, I’ll start with some protein, because we all know it cannot be done only with food, then I added the casein, the aminos, and so on.. Now I just ordered Optimum Pro Complex Gainer, ZMA, BCAA’s, and Glutamine to see if now we can move on with the weight.. I hope I will start putting something on me at last..  I still have 16% BF.. and have to thing about that after 2-3 months.. I know I am doing something wrong, but trying to educate myself here and there, so I know with some hard work and dedication, I will get there…

good luck man…I had the hardest time also trying to gain mass…I was only around 103lbs. in highschool. I eventually put on 10-15 lbs. by the time I graduated. But for the past ten years I struggled to put on weight. So far I have been 236lbs. I am currently 204lbs but I am trying to loose only body fat and still trying to gain or at least keep on the mass. I am about 16% bodyfat and I am carb cycling. So far this process is very slow but has worked very effectively. I have also totally switched up my routines because they have always been heavy weight with 8-10 reps for 3-4 sets. Now I am trying the GVT program with lighter weight and very high reps with high sets also. Just keep lifting and eating..what is your protien intake? maybe you should up your total grams per meal. I am at around 50grams per meal no matter what. Except after workouts. I only take in 25grams. THis is because your body will only take in around 25 grams. So good luck and keep training hard.

Thanks for the answers guys… II know it’s hard to gain mass, but I try hard as well and see no results.. I am staying the same weight for 3 months now, althouhg I am bulking for 2 months now (trying).. I am eating as many carbs as I can.. my carbs intake is about 450 grams per day, protein - 320 grams per day, and I am 181 pounds, I think that is enough to make some progress.. I am waiting my Pro Gainer in 4-5 days. Then I will see what wil happen.. I already use Optimum After Max for my post workout drink.. 40 grams of protein, 40 grams of fast carbs, 5 drams Glutamine and Creatine per dose. I am using it one week already, see no change in weight, but I will be patient.. I am so damn Hardgainer…
