just sitting at works and waiting on parts to work with. figured i would take this time to laughat some post on the forum, and see if i can help anybody.(which usually isnt the case) looking for nutrional info. and personnel training classes schools just beating the day atm. body space keeps me in check and looking at what others are trying and doin keep me goin.

ok…i have actually cooked and weight food for work. so it is a big step in the right direction for me. according to a calculator found on bodybuilding.com i need 2800 cal which i think is a bit much. with out breakfast my break down is 1655 calories. 74g fat 136g protein. carbs are extremely low at 56 but i can add rice to the mix no prob and cut out some of the fats…it is just spinach and broccoli, almonds and chicken for my meals. not sure where to go from here. it is late and i gotta get in the bed. will work more on tomorrow. gnight and cya

Being in a comp is something that i have wanted to do for awhile. i know i am to big atm. sittin on 25% bf. just wonder on what is a good time frame to even think about it

The scale and my bf% which is built into my scale are not really showing alot of improvement. but at last glance last night looks like love handles have slimmed down just a little. which makes me feel better that i have some progress. My work outs have toned down alot as far as my super sets goes but i have done this before. so i know it works. wish me luck

weighing in at 250 at the moment. Lifting is no prob it is enjoyable but i love to eat bad food and am so tired of baked and grilled chicken. I also hate cooking. I also know i will never reach my goals in life about my looks with out proper nutrition but I am in the dark about nutrition cookie cutter diets are all i follow with no luck atm. I stay tired and just dont have the energy to finish work outs. basic day for me is 1 gnc lean muscle meal for breakfast. 260 cal 40g protein. mid morn snack. usually 8oz tuna pack and sandwhich bag of broccoli, been addin taco sauce to tuna 10cal 2 carbs. lunch tuna/or chicken and brown rice medely. afternoon snack same as as mid morn. prework out serving of muscle milk. post protein shake and 6inch chicken sub on white. last meal is usually chicken breast.

back at 2 days runnin now. hopefully i dont do anything stupid again. had 2 great days of chest and arms and legs. gettn back on highs and lows program. and doin decent on my diet. still need to dial it in.

everything is goin great. atm. been in the gym everyday this week dispite workn everyday. yest. legs were brutal i was killed after my first super. today was a good day but to many in the gym to hit supers like i wanted but oh well what ya goin to do bout it. have a good and hit the iron hard
