looking for answer from those who know

September 3, 2009

Being in a comp is something that i have wanted to do for awhile. i know i am to big atm. sittin on 25% bf. just wonder on what is a good time frame to even think about it

mirror check

August 21, 2009

The scale and my bf% which is built into my scale are not really showing alot of improvement. but at last glance last night looks like love handles have slimmed down just a little. which makes me feel better that i have some progress. My work outs have toned down alot as far as my super sets goes but i have done this before. so i know it works. wish me luck
