After one whole month slacking, I started again last monday… I felt nice moving those muscles again and exercising… but I had forgot what was to feel sore
On the third day (wednesday) I was almost walking like a robot (well, not that much) but I feel glad because most of the sore muscles didn’t feel worked in months; now I know they’re getting some work. Let see how is going after the first week is completed. We’ll see…

Ok, I love Working out and everything; but somewhere I read "you should rest at least one day per week, and at least take one week free each year…" Since I’m a good kid
and this week I’m finishing my 1st Year lifting… I’m taking my first free week!!!!
I know in that time I was supposed to look very different in the mirror; but the thing is when I first started, I knew nothing about training and kept lifting light weights and poor nutrition
But after this break thats gonna change. Next month I’m gonna start again with some routine I found by: Dobberman Dan called "31 Days to Bigger Arms"
because I’m really into get some size in my arms, but most important I’m going to take my nutrition very seriously. Hopefully I’ll see some gains in a couple of months
