Things I have changed in my life again. I was out of the gym for, four weeks, But I don’t view that as a bad thing. I started a new job. So I threw working out in the back seat. Today I got back into my workouts, and I feel great.

Well since my girl started seeing a trainer at the gym. she is starting to lose the little baby fat she had around her mid section. She is looking great, I thought she was perfect before, and she is changing for her self. cause she wants to feel better about her body. I didn’t realize how much I like the baby fat around her mid section. I miss laying my head on her stomach when we watched tv.

Feel great after my chest and triceps workout today. I feel like the muscles in my chest and triceps are about to pop through my skin. I don’t always feel like this, but wish I did. I really like this feeling. I worked out in a hoodie today so I haven’t taken a look at my arms yet. I’ll try not to look at them for a month or so, that way I could see if there is any change in them. Once a cool down a little bit more I’ll head into the shower.

Work up a dazed and confused, it just got hot in the apartment so I sweated a lot while sleeping. My girl work me up and it took me a few minutes to get my head straight. Once I did, I put my gym cloths on. Drop my girl off at work and head to the gym. did my chest and triceps. I was feeling really tight when I finished. So I headed over to the basketball court to loosen up, I really don’t know how much time I spent shooting baskets, but I got a really good sweat going. Got back home and got really good sleep. If only everyday could be that good.

First day of the week, First day of rest. woke up today and feel a lot of soreness in my calves. I was not planning on just completely resting today, We were going to take a hike today, but my girl felt sick and need her rest. Today I’ll just relaxe take it real easy around the house, Get good sleep later and hit the gym hard in the morning. I get my chest, abs and triceps tomorrow. I plan on pushing my self a lot hard this week then I did last.

When is it to much, when are you pushing your body to far. When is it that you stop paying attention to you mind that keeps telling you "One more Rep", and start listing to your body telling you this is pain and you need to rest me. Or do you ever get to a point where there is no such thing as to much and there is just enough for right now. Only to rest for a few just to get back in there and push your body to limits that you though could not be reached.
To much is not an option for me. I have taken that out of my head and replaced it with. Push harder, enough will be when I’m six feet under, While I’m here I will keep going pass the pain, through the soreness.

Had a good Legs, calves and abs day today. Now I feel like I did when I used to kick tires. When I was in HS I would work out my legs by standing in front of a truck tire and kick back and try to move it. I would do that till I was able to get it from one side of the yard to the other. Now tomorrow Shoulders, Abs and calves, I might throw in triceps cause I still don’t like the size of my arms.

My eating is really starting to improve. the reason for that as strange as it sounds might be my new phone. (G1) I found this app that helps track my diabetes, and it has me paying so much attention on what I’m putting in my body. In the last 4 days, it has me making the right choses in food and insulin intake. Its also a big help that my girl started seeing a personal trainer at the gym. no she is starting to get into the same mind set as me when towards working out. So now we are both starting to eat the same way and going the jar of protein.. I’m eating what my body needs no more no less. Since the winter will be hear soon I’ll be hitting the gym in a hoody and long sweats, and might not look at my body to for the next 6 months…

I just don’t get it. I keep seeing it every time I go to the gym. Why are people waiting for the closet parking spot. Your going into this building to work out and get in shape. You should be parking as far from the door as possible.
