Interesting session today. First time supersetting about everything in a long time. I’ve been doing cardio around 4-5 days a week, once early @ss in the morning for about 30-40 minutes and in the evening for about 30 minutes. Ive been doing this for the past 2 weeks now. Hopefully I can drop the weight im looking to drop by June. Then come fall, Hopefully, I will get back into powerlifting.

Yo! quick update. still working on getting strong. Decided on a meet coming in Feb ‘08. Im getting strong and everything is coming into place. Bench is looking at getting strong, squats are coming along great as well. Just hit a 20lb PR today on deads. Im up to 405lbs on it for 1rep. squats are at 385lb and bench, may be in at about 295-300lbs. I’m still kicking ass and taking names. PEACE!!

Bench: off 3 boards and chains, Raw w/only wrist wraps

305×2 15lb pr
Deads:
385×1 10lb PR
Squats: on power of 5 370 x5
Back is getting stronger along with the legs. Eversince I’ve been workingout with these two awesome cat’s I met over at Planetrage.com (trainordie). I’ve been getting stronger and better at my technique and form. Everything makes sense now.

I got a message from someone the other day asking if i’m still in this. Yea I’m still in the game. I just found a new home to post my training blogs at. I was not getting any feed back here and there aren’t many pl’rs on this site. I needed my own peep’s to check out what I’m doing and to criticize my sessions and just give me feed back. My weight fluctuates everyday between 227-232, deads are at 355 1RM, squats are 385 1RM and bench is still lagging at a 265 1RM. Currently training on saturday’s with some cool cat’s, one is a super heavy weight and the other has a record deadlift in NY.
Learning alot from them from form to technique and what to train on what days and what to stay away from. My workout’s now look nothing like what I have blogged here. I’ve had a few bench sessions with a shirt on, Titan to be exact, just to see what it feels like. I’m currently working on my raw strength. Slowly but surely I will prevail this m3ntAl block that I have on bench. My other 2 lifts are coming along great. Just taking it one day and one plate at a time.
