I normally dont workout in the evenings, but since i couldnt do this during the afternoon hours like I normally would, I made time for this.
Bench: barxwhatever, 135×15, 185 2×10, 205 2×6, 185×8 (1 minute rest between sets)
Incline Bench: 135×10, 155×8, 175×8, 185 1×6; 1×8
Pec fly’s; Incline 2×12, flat bench 2×10
Pulldowns: 1×15, 2×12, 2×10
Lying tricep ext: 1×15, 2×12, 1×10
06/19/08: early morning cardio 2 and a half miles 28 minutes.
