Facepulls: 110lbs 2×15, 120lbs x15 SUPERSET with
Swissball crunches: 3x to failure (about 47-50 reps)
Barbell shruggs: 3×15 SUPERSET with
Hammer curls: 40lbrs 3×10
BOR’s: 3×10
Interesting session today. First time supersetting about everything in a long time. I’ve been doing cardio around 4-5 days a week, once early @ss in the morning for about 30-40 minutes and in the evening for about 30 minutes. Ive been doing this for the past 2 weeks now. Hopefully I can drop the weight im looking to drop by June. Then come fall, Hopefully, I will get back into powerlifting.
