It was an ok day given that I did not get much sleep last night. Hopefully tonight will be a good night. Otherwise my wife needs to get ready to get tapped…LOL

This f*cking sucks. I felt so tired last night that when I went to lay down, I stared at the ceiling for hours. Tossed and turned and I could not get comfortable. I got up and drank a cup of milk thinking that would help and nothing. The kids were not helping either. One fighting with the other and chasing each other through the house. The wife was not much help. She was more concerned about her falling asleep. It’s funny because she wakes up at 0530 every morning M-F and I have to get up with her to take her to work.
This runs in my family. I would not say it is chronic insomnia, since it’s not every night that this happens. I remember as a kid when my dad used to pick me up from my house and spend a few nights at his house, he would stay up real late. I asked him about it one day and he said that he’s always been that way so he got a graveyard shift job. I worked graveyard before but this was about 2 yrs ago. I’ve been ok since I dropped that and got a normal job with a normal shift.
Yes, I have been stressed since there is not much money for anything these days. No money for bills, gas, food, supp’s, gas, outings or anything like it. It’s expensive to live now than it was 10-15 yrs ago. Especially down here in South Florida. I got so angry that it made it worse. I had to go watch some tv for a bit. Don’t know how long I was there for but I eventually fell asleep. I need to find something, aside from taking any type of drugs or meds, to help me fall asleep.

Warmed up with 135×10, 285×8, 205×6
225 2×5
230 3×5
Incline press:
135×12
185 2×8

65 2×8
70 x7
Close grip bench:
135 1×10, x8, x5
SUPERSET
Pulldowns:
100lbs to failure x15
Good bench today. I felt great throughout. I was psyched on the 230 press. I’ve only been able to complete 1-2 sets of those in the past and I felt strong pushing that weight. Tri’s were burned after that which explains the low tricep workout. I’ve been reading up on Psychological Skills Training and it has helped me with today’s benching. The program consists of 3 sessions. First one being a Goal setting session, second one to be an Imagery session and the third one being a Relaxation session. I have no coach or anyone helping me out with this so I guess you can call it a self help type of deal. I feel like this is going to be great for my training regimen.

Warm up with leg press’: 170lb x15, 210×12
ATG Squats:
225×8
255×5
275×5
295×5
315×5
330×5
Lying leg curls:
3×10
SLDL’s:
4×10
Leg Ext:
4×10
Standing calf raises:
3×15
Everything felt great today. ATG Squats were decided right when I turned my mp3 player on and heard a HATEBREED song. It got me in the mood so I figured ATG’s was the excercise for the day, they felt good. I also worked on stance, toes out, and toes straight forward. My left shoulder was hurting as well during the squats, so I switched up my grip to wide and narrow and the narrow, closer to my shoulders, seemed to hurt my shoulder less.
Motivate and Dominate…
