I just noticed that I did not blog my workout for Friday the 27th. It may be due to the fact that it was not all that great. It seems to be like that every Friday. I dunno. Well I made up for iut yesterday. I really kicked my own @ss yesterday. I felt really sore and my muscles burned afterwards. I’m gonna stay away from legs for a few weeks since they are looking good and develpoed and work on my cardio and loosing this gut I have. I jogged for about 15 min yesterday prior to my work out. Then straight to bench presses, leg raises, arnold presses and calf raises. I did about 4 sets of 10-12 reps. Then, I jumped into mountain climbers, lat pull-downs, bicycles, military presses. And this varied with 4 sets each with about 12-15 reps for the lat pulls and military presses and 4 sets of 18-20 for mountain climbers and bicycles. Those climbers kicked my @ss man. After this, I did 2 sets of crunches for 20 reps, tri kickbacks 4 sets 12-15 reps, barbell curls 2 sets 10 reps, dumbell curls 3 sets 1-0-12 reps, bench flys 3 sets 10-12 reps, shoulder shrugs 3 sets 15 reps (fawk these burned), overhead extensions and max’d oput with that on tri’s, good pump, great burn and finished all off with 2 sets 15 reps of wrist curls. I believe that this is what made my arms burn and hurt when I finished. It felt fawkin great.

Pushing my limits was the goal on this day. Everything from squats to bench presses to military presses to dips, the excersise I hate the most. Tri’s feel nice and strong this morning. Chest, a bit tight. I feel like I should’ve done more. I’ll make up for it on Friday. No more legs this week. I need to concentrate on my chest and abs. I had some turkey meatloaf with brocolli and mixed vegis that consisted of corn, carrots and peas. Desert was a protein bar and a protein shake before bedtime. I’ma take today off.

Well my jogging yesterday went great. I never jogged on NO xplode since I’ve been taking it. It friggin ROCKED! My jogging route I have memorized and I normally would stope at either a stop sign, a rock or whatever. I kept going and I stayed focused. I’m either doing better or this Noxplode stuff really works. Although a l ittle sore today, I feel good.
Today is my normal Wed routine and will be posted tomorrow(if anyone actually reads this).

Well I kicked my own ass yesterday. I felt the need that a "balls to the wall" workout was needed to begin the week. Man did I feel great. And I don’t feel tired or sluggish today. I normally do but I am impressed with myself. Although there are no sore muscles today. I may need to change some things around in my workout. I’m going to start adding some jogging on my days off, Tuesdays and Thursdays for now and then I will eventually add Sat and Sunday. This pump I felt yesterday was nothing that I have felt before. My arms felt good, chest great and calves were burning like a mofo. I feel like I need to do something extra for my forearms. Wrist curls just aren’t cutting it. I love that feeling after a gruesome workout. Pumped, not all there like all the lights are on upstairs but no one is home, feeling of some accomplishment, on top of the world, and I can go on. Damn! Starting to run low on protein powder and Im so friggin broke. This shiet is becoming consistent and I welcome it with open arms.

crap do I feel sluggish today. 2nd time downing the NO Explode and I felt great up until my last few workout excersises. I don’t know I just felt tired. Maybe I pushed myself to hard. But nonth less, I managed to finish strong. Maybe it’s because I waited too long to start. I think it was close to an hour before I started to work out. I started to feel the effects of NO about 15 - 20 minutes afterwards. I dont remember that from Monday. Anyways, I kicked my own ass yesterday. May be the reason why I feel so sluggish today. I wonder if this is normal? Well pumps were great, focus excellent and again I was able to sneak in a few more reps than usual.

Yeah! First time I drank this stuff was on the 16th, which was yesterday. I followed the directions. Took one scoop and waited. I felt kinda edgy but not like coffee edgy so I took another scoop which was 20min after the first scoop. That one hit me maybe 5-10min later. It actually made me stop playing Ace combat 5 on the PS2 and went straight to workingout. I went through about 6 excersises in about 25 minutes. I thought that was rather quick so I kinda tried to slow down. I was able to sneak in a few reps in each of my workouts and did feel and see “the pump” that it said that I would get, see, feel or however you want to say it. I stayed focused throughout my workout and felt great afterwards. I do feel just a little sore today, I did a hell of a abs workout. Everything from leg raises, double crunches, bicycles and reverse crunches. Chest routine stayed the same, arm excersises stayed the same except that I was able to sneak in a ciouple of more reps in each set. Squats and Deadlifts were the main excersises I was aiming for. I can’t wait to see myself in about 4 weeks after taking this stuff. I’m looking forward t this shiet.

Good workout yesterday. I added a 5 more reps to pretty much every excercise done. Especially those dreaded leg lifts and bicylces. Gotta work on that fat ass stomach I got. Wifey says I’m slimming down, but Idon’t see any change. Maybe cuz I’m not satisfied. I am more determined this time than ever to finish what I have started. Maybe it’s due to the fact that no one thinks that I can do this. Anything to put my foot in their moutn and to shut them the fawk up. My wife’s best friends husband talks about how supps dont work, it’s all a gimmeck to get our money and blahzay blah yadda yadda. Well I can say that so far so good. 18 mmore weeks of hell and Im looking forward to looking good…or at least decent.
